General Terms of Sale:

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the sale of wines on the e-commerce site www.lessentierspourpres.ch. They govern the conditions of sale between Les Sentiers Pourpres and the customer. Only the version available online on the site is valid.

Protection of minors: By placing an order on the Les Sentiers Pourpres website, the Customer undertakes to be at least eighteen years of age on the date of the order.

Our prices include VAT. For orders of 6 bottles or more, delivery is free throughout Switzerland. For any order of less than 6 bottles, a contribution to the delivery costs is added to the price of the order. This contribution is degressive according to the number of bottles ordered.

All orders are payable in advance and the order is shipped after receipt of payment.

Our deliveries are carried out by our partner Vinolog, a specialist in wine logistics. For wines in stock, orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days throughout Switzerland.

For wines out of stock and special orders, delivery is made within 8 to 10 days from the order.

Complaints related to transport damage must be reported to the deliverer immediately and must be noted as a reservation on the delivery note.

Returns are possible within 7 days after delivery, the bottles must be intact, in good condition and in the original closed carton. The return costs are at your expense.  

Wine is a living matter that can be subject to imperfections. Isolated corked bottles must imperatively be reported to us within 8 days after the defect has been noticed. After this period, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Depending on the availability in our cellars at our winegrowing partners, the vintage displayed may differ from the available vintage. In this case, Les Sentiers Pourpres will inform you and offer you the next available vintage. If you don't want the next available vintage, the order can be modified or cancelled.

By registering and placing an order on the site www.lessentierspourpres.ch, the customer consents to his personal data being recorded and used within the framework of the services offered by the site. The latter also include the sending of promotional messages on new wines, actions and discounts offered. The customer's data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with Swiss data protection law. The site www.lesssentierspourpres.ch is secured (SSL security certificate) and payment operations are protected by the usual standards of the e-commerce market.

In the event of a dispute, the applicable law is Swiss law and the place of jurisdiction is in the canton of Vaud.

General terms of participation in the contests:

1. The organiser:

Les Sentiers Pourpres Sàrl, sise Chemin des Clos 16 CH - 1170 Aubonne, alone or in collaboration with an influencer partner, organises free contests without obligation to buy on Instagram and/or Facebook and draws prizes in kind as mentioned in the description of the post of each contest. By participating in the competition, the user accepts the following conditions of participation and the responsibility for the content.

2. Prizes

Participants have the opportunity to win the prizes in kind mentioned in the description of each competition post. The prize is drawn from all participants. Participants must meet the conditions of the competition. The prizes cannot be converted into cash, nor can their winnings be transferred to a third party. Les Sentiers Pourpres reserves the right to replace the prize described in each competition with a prize of equivalent nature and value.  

3. Duration of the competitions 

The operation starts as soon as the competition is published and ends on the date indicated in the description of each competition post.

4. Who can participate?

Participation is free of charge and open to any natural person aged 18 or over, resident in Switzerland and with an identified Instagram and/or Facebook account. Contest associations, employees of Les Sentiers Pourpres and automated contest services are not allowed to participate. Only one entry per person and per competition is permitted. 

When a competition is limited to a linguistic region of Switzerland, the perimeter of each region is defined according to the official language of the place of residence. French-speaking Switzerland: cantons of Geneva, Vaud, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Jura, Valais (excluding the German-speaking districts), French-speaking districts of the Bernese Jura. Italian-speaking Switzerland: Canton of Ticino, as well as Val Poschiavo, Val Bregaglia, Val Calanca, Val Mesolcina and the commune of Bivio. German-speaking Switzerland: all cantons and regions not defined as French-speaking and Italian-speaking Switzerland.

5. Who can be excluded from participation?

Les Sentiers Pourpres is entitled to exclude from participation any person if there are justified reasons, e.g. in case of violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation or attempted manipulation of the competition, violation of personal rights, dissemination of insulting or abusive content, and reserves the right to take legal action if necessary. 

6. How are the winners chosen?

The winner(s) is/are selected at random from among all the participants who have fulfilled the conditions for participation in the competition. The draw is carried out by Les Sentiers Pourpres and/or the authorised influencer partner. Les Sentiers Pourpres informs the winners by personal message via their Instagram account about the delivery of their prize. The participant is responsible for the correctness of the contact details provided.

If a winner does not contact Les Sentiers Pourpres within 10 days of the announcement of the prize, or if the prize cannot be sent due to the fault of the winner (e.g. in the event of incorrect contact details being provided, or if the winner cannot be clearly identified), the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from among the participants. 

7. Reservation clause

Les Sentiers Pourpres reserves the right to modify, interrupt or cancel the competition at any time without notice and without reason. Les Sentiers Pourpres will only make use of this possibility if a proper organisation of the game cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure, technical or legal reasons. Les Sentiers Pourpres cannot be held responsible for losses, breakdowns, impossibilities to access or participate in the competition due to technical problems encountered by the participants. 

8. Data protection provisions

Les Sentiers Pourpres records and uses the personal data collected during each competition exclusively for the organisation of the competition. Personal data is not stored for marketing purposes and is not passed on to third parties under any circumstances.  

9. Miscellaneous

These rules are subject to Swiss law.

The competitions covered by these rules are organised by Les Sentiers Pourpres, if necessary in collaboration with an influencer partner. The contests are not related to Instagram and/or Facebook and are in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram and/or Facebook.
